Scheduler responsibilities :
1. Coordinate with maintenance planner, production coordinator and maintenance supervisor to execute maintenance activities.
2. Review long-short planning, and develop schedule of preventative maintenance activities and maintenance emergency and urgent work orders requests.
3. Analyze schedule progress by daily, weekly, and monthly report and provide mitigations to meet maintenance plan.
4. Communicate with service provider to execute schedule maintenance activities and maintain targeted schedule.
5. Facilitated and plan all emergency and urgent maintenance activities.
6. Perform site survey, spare parts reservation, internal and external services, visitors access, contractor ID, vehicle movement , and equipment entry.
7. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI delivery would include, but not be limited to slides, charts, tables, and graphs in various formats and configurations to best depict information and data.
8. Attend daily review meeting with planner, supervisor, and production coordinator.
Scheduler Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years in practical maintenance scheduling.
Job Specific Skill:
1. SAP fluent user.
2. Primavera or MS project fluent user
