DAR ENGINEERING is seeking skilled and motivated individuals with a consultancy background for villa and residential building projects in Al-Hofuf, Saudi Arabia.

1. Quality Inspector Civil (Al-Hofuf and Makkah)

Conduct on-site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards for civil construction projects.

Verify compliance with specifications and regulations.

Document and report findings accurately.

2. Quality Inspector Infrastructure

Oversee quality aspects of infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, and drainage systems.

Perform inspections to verify construction quality and compliance.

Report any discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are taken.

3. Quality Inspector Electrical

Inspect electrical installations for compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Identify defects or non-compliance and provide recommendations for corrective action.

Ensure adherence to project timelines.

4. Quality Inspector Architectural

Inspect architectural components for compliance with design drawings and specifications.

Evaluate workmanship and materials for quality and durability.

Communicate findings effectively to project stakeholders.

5. Land Surveyor

Conduct land surveys to gather data for construction projects.

Utilize surveying instruments and software for accurate measurements and mapping.

Prepare survey reports and contribute to project planning.

6. Safety Officer

Implement safety protocols and procedures on construction sites.

Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and risks.

Provide training and guidance to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

7. Civil Engineer

Provide engineering support and expertise for civil construction projects.

Assist in project planning, design, and execution.

Ensure quality and safety standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

8. Landscape Architect

Design outdoor spaces for residential and commercial projects.

Develop plans and specifications for landscaping projects.

Coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure design objectives are met.

9. Geotechnical Engineer (Riyadh)

Conduct geotechnical investigations and analysis.

Assess soil and foundation conditions for construction projects.

Provide recommendations for foundation design and earthwork operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university.

Diploma of Associate Engineering for Quality Inspectors.

Previous experience with consultancy firms in large-scale construction projects, particularly villas and residential buildings, with at least 3 years in KSA.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
