*Project Resource Coordinator - Saudi Market*

*Location:* Saudi Arabia

*Position Type:* Full-Time

*Overview:*

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Resource Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable manpower categories to meet project requirements from the local pool, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, and possessing in-depth knowledge of the Saudi market rates and positions. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively negotiate and liaise with various stakeholders.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Identify and source appropriate manpower categories from the local talent pool to fulfill project requirements.

- Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with suppliers and service providers.

- Stay informed about current market rates and positions within the Saudi market to ensure competitive hiring and procurement practices.

- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to assess manpower needs and ensure timely availability of resources.

- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and contractors to achieve the best possible outcomes for the company.

- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies during the hiring and procurement processes.

- Continuously work on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of resource coordination processes.

*Qualifications:*

- Proven experience as a Resource Coordinator, Procurement Officer, or a similar role, preferably within the Saudi market.

- Strong understanding of the local labor market, including market rates, positions, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, suppliers, and external partners.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
