We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Calcium Carbonate Filler, Masterbatch & Plastic products to potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of plastic materials, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and approach potential clients to introduce our range of plastic products.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
3. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate plastic solutions to meet their requirements.
4. Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to maximize profitability while satisfying customer needs.
5. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients about the features and benefits of our plastic products.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
7. Collaborate with internal teams such as production to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
8. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
9. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the customer base and promote our brand.
10. Uphold company values and maintain a professional image at all times.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven track record of successful sales experience in the plastics industry.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Knowledge of different types of plastics, their properties, and applications.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
8. Willingness to travel as needed.
9. Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Previous experience working with extrusion processes.
2. Familiarity with regulatory standards and certifications related to plastic materials.
3. Additional language proficiency for engaging withc lients.
