Job responsibilities include
1 : Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
2 : Create and maintain good relationships with vendors / suppliers.
3 : Make professional decisions in a fast-paced Environment.
4 : Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
5 : Maintain purchase procedure and all related documents as per API
6 : Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
7 : Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
8: Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
9 : Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
10 : Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
11 : Work with team members and the factory manager to complete duties as needed.
12 : Authorized to purchase from the suppliers in case of an emergency within the limited cost.
13 : Report to factory Manager.
14 : Maintain delivery update of all material local & overseas
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
1: Diploma in commerce.
2: Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.
3: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4: Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently.
5: MS Office and IT skills.
