Job Description: KEO International Consultants is seeking a talented HSE Inspector - GCC National to join its award-winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a critical role in undertaking inspections on site in accordance with HSE-related Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
Review submitted shop drawings against contract drawings, specifications, local codes, statutory requirements, and international best practices.
Report any works carried out by the contractor found to be non-compliant with approved drawings and specifications to stakeholders for appropriate action.
Monitor the quality of works and assess safety, health, and environmental issues at the site, ensuring compliance with contractual/QCS specifications and safety and health risk assessments.
Maintain records of daily activities on site, including progress photos, and ensure their availability for inspection as required.
Prepare surveillance reports for deficiencies of work found at the site and non-conformance reports (NCRs) if required.
Ensure effective coordination between discipline-related works and all other disciplines.
Provide technical input and experience in resolving any discipline-related issues on site that may arise.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' career experience in a relevant field.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Health and Safety or Engineering discipline.
