Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality assurance processes to uphold our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Perform thorough and accurate testing and analysis using a variety of methods and equipment.
Document and report any deviations or non-conformities to the appropriate personnel for corrective action.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues and implement effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities and results.
Participate in the development and review of quality control procedures and protocols.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in a quality control role, preferably in the Prefab or Porta Cabin industry.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment.
Solid understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
