PROFESSIONAL/DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

? Nationality : Open to all Nationalities

? For Non GCC Citizen Applicants: Must be an Iqama holder and must be transferrable (Visit and Tourist Visa is not Accepted).

? City of Residency : Preferably currently residing in Dammam/Khobar or nearby area whom able to attend the personal interview once selected.

? Education : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architectural Engineering or any with Architecture Education or in similar field discipline.

? Experience : Minimum of Three (3) Years experience in Estimation Works and with extensive knowledge in Fit-outs, Joineries and Furniture Technical Details.

? Membership : Must be a registered member of Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

? Proficient in MS Office Applications and AutoCADD Software.

? Must have extensive knowledge in Engineering Principles

JOB DESCRIPTION (But not Limited)

? Meeting with clients and project managers to discuss the scope of the project.

? Prepares project cost estimates, evaluate contractors’ bids, and recommend the best option to the client.

? Must have a strong understanding of construction methods and materials and an ability to read and interpret blueprints.

? Work with architects and project managers to ensure the project stays within budget.

? Must have excellent mathematical skills and use different construction software programs to create cost estimates.

? They should also communicate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors. Researching to determine the cost of materials and construction workers

? Uses software programs to generate cost estimates

? Reviews estimates with clients and project managers

? Makes revisions to estimates as needed

? Provides support during the project implementation phase

? Understands the scope of the project and developing a detailed estimate

? Works with clients and project managers to ensure that all necessary information is gathered

? Generates accurate estimates using various software programs

? Reviews estimates with clients and project managers

? Adjusts estimates as necessary based on changes in the scope of the project

? Others as Instructed by his/her direct superior
