Position: Fit out Draftsman
Location: KSA - Riyadh
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Fit-Out Industry ( MUST )
Roles & Responsibilities
• Supervise the progress of the work.
• Coordinate design, and work with Site Engineers.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CAD Draughtsman, with a focus on architectural interior fit-out projects in the Gulf Countries.
• Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD, Primavera with the ability to produce accurate and detailed drawings efficiently and Plans.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out principles, construction methods, and building regulations in the Gulf Countries.
• Utilize CAD software (such as AutoCAD) to create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts for interior fit-out projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Prepare comprehensive drawing sets and documentation packages, including schedules, specifications, and material lists, to support the interior fit-out construction process.
• Maintain consistency and adherence to established drafting standards, templates, and best practices in all CAD drawings and documentation.
• Proficient in creating architectural renderings in 3D or according to client specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other project team members to understand design requirements, spatial layouts, and material specifications for interior fit-out projects.
• Candidates who are locally available in Saudi Arabia will be considered only.
• Must be able to join within 1-2 weeks once selected.

Salary: ?6,000 - ?3,000 per month - as per Experience.
