Sales
• Observe Regional Sales goals and follow-up the achievement ratio.
• Daily follow up for the sales achievements.
• Observe the region daily utilization and make the needed actions to ensure higher utilization.
• Inspect the quality of region sales team and do necessary actions to improve their performance.
• Prepare daily sales reports for the region.
• Observe the contracts cancellation and ensure the necessary procedures to minimize the ratio and solve the issues.
• Monitor competitors’ activities, services, prices.
• Prepare needed promotions and pricing based on operational status.
Operation
• Ensure the perfect implementation for approved operational policies & procedures.
• Regional delivery orders status & the implantation of approved policies & procedures.
• Coordinate with Fleet & Estate regional supervisor.
• Observe returned maids status and apply the policy & procedure.
• Observe regional manpower contract renewal & ensure the minimum final exit ratio.
• Provide daily regional operational reports.
• Close the clients complains and close it within the timeframe.
• Follow up operators’ projects and ensure smooth operation & immediate issue solving.
• Observe all operational expenses and the control process.
• Prepare operational needs for new branches or services opening
