1-Civil Engineer

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with proven experience in Saudi Electricity projects to contribute to the successful execution of our upcoming initiatives. As a Civil Engineer at our Company, you will play a key role in the design, construction, and maintenance of critical infrastructure for the Saudi Electricity Projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and adherence to industry standards and regulations.

• Design, analyze, and oversee the construction of civil engineering projects related to the Saudi Electricity sector, including substations, transmission lines, and distribution networks.

• Ensure compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards, specifications, and regulations throughout all project phases.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies, to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety, and address any issues or concerns that may arise. Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports in accordance with project requirements and industry best practices.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, subcontractors, and junior engineers.

• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and correspondence with regulatory authorities.

• Support procurement activities by reviewing and evaluating bids,

• Participate in project meetings, presentations, and reviews to communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Minimum [5-10 years] of experience in civil engineering roles with a focus on Saudi Electricity projects.

• In-depth knowledge of SEC standards, specifications, and procedures.

• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and SAP2000.

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality, safety, and compliance.

• Fluency in Arabic and English languages preferred.

3-Civil Engineer - Projects Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer with a proven track record in coordinating and managing projects, particularly in the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) environment. As the Projects Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of SEC projects from our head office location. You will collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and coordinator for all SEC projects, liaising between the head office and project sites to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including civil engineering design, planning, and construction activities.

• Coordinate project planning and scheduling, including the development of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with internal departments, external consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate the timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for project execution.

• Monitor project progress, budget, and quality, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from project plans.

• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with SEC standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and present project status reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior management and clients.

• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and technical specifications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual obligations.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum [5-10 years] of experience in civil engineering roles with a focus on SEC projects.

• Proven track record in project coordination, management, and execution, preferably in the energy sector.

• In-depth knowledge of SEC standards, specifications, and procedures.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage project teams.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English and Arabic languages.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
