Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and product offerings.
Analyze competitors’ pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging products.
Supplier Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.
Purchase Order Management:
Process purchase requisitions and create accurate purchase orders.
Maintain an organized system for tracking orders and deliveries.
Update management on the status of orders and any back-ordered items.
Inventory Control:
Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager to manage stock efficiently.
Ensure stock availability for production and sales.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or procurement (preferably in the GCC region).
Proficiency in negotiation, price comparison analysis, and supplier evaluation.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
