Urgently Required a Commercial Engineer.
Resposibility :
*Joint measurement with sub-contractors for sub-contractor payment.
*Preparation & monitoring of subcontractor’s agreement & Payment logs.
*Taking the joint measurement with sub-contractor.
*Certify sub contractor’s payment invoice.
*Evaluation of sub-contract quotations and preparation of quotation
comparisons.
*Study and review of tender documents (Condition of contract, Specification, drawings, BOQ, preamble, Equipment etc.)
* Assists build up cost, pricing and analysis of direct and indirect costs for the BOQ items.
* Liaise with the consultant regarding ambiguities in the contract work scope and seek clarifications there to.
*Value Engineering and cost savings.
*Preparation of a final cost proposal with competitive alternatives by considering cost-saving aspects for management discussion and
decision
Experience : Minimum 2 Years as a commercial Engineer With EPC Contractor
Interview: Face to Face
Rate : SAR-32 Hour
Salary : After 1.5 Months form the Invoice Submission.
