Job Title: HVAC Site Engineer

Location: Jeddah

Job Type: Full-time

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Site Engineer to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems on various project sites. The successful candidate will ensure that all HVAC works are executed to the highest standards, within the specified timeframes, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and client requirements.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Supervise and coordinate the installation of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems, on project sites.

- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.

- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HVAC projects.

- Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to provide guidance to the installation team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects that arise during the installation and commissioning phases.

- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, site logs, and as-built drawings.

- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site.

- Conduct testing and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

- Provide technical support and training to site personnel and clients as needed.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC site engineering or a similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Certification in HVAC systems or a professional engineer (PE) license is a plus.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Willingness to travel and work on various project sites.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing electrical engineering projects from conception through completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Design, develop, and manage electrical systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.

- Prepare detailed project plans, specifications, and cost estimates for electrical installations and upgrades.

- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to determine project requirements and scope.

- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical designs into overall project plans.

- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and safety.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems and equipment during the project lifecycle.

- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE).

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design drawings, progress reports, and maintenance records.

- Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and cost control.

- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, clients, and stakeholders.

- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes.
