The Lead Solar Construction Engineer will oversee the design, planning, and execution of large-scale solar construction projects. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership abilities to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solar energy systems and a proven track record of managing construction teams and projects.
Bachelor degree in engineering in related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in solar construction field.
Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope), AutoCAD, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project). Strong understanding of electrical and structural engineering principles as they apply to solar installations.
SEC PV Installer Certificate is a plus
