The project manager bears responsibility for managing and planning projects and supervising their progress in order to ensure that they are completed within the necessary period and in proportion to the budgets set. He is responsible for the project from the first step until the last step, that is, from the moment of planning until the last moment in implementation. The project manager is also responsible for designing and managing Planning project resources and preparing the necessary budgets for them in accordance with the company’s vision.
The task of the project manager is widely necessary for all types and categories of projects, whether they are construction, commercial, technological, administrative, or marketing. It is very important for the project manager to prove his ability to complete projects in the time required of him with his skill in looking at all aspects of the project accurately.
Duties and responsibilities of civil engineers establishing a real estate development and investment company:
Preparing a detailed work schedule for the project in addition to work plans
Coordinating the internal resources of the project and coordinating with external parties and suppliers in order to ensure that the project runs perfectly without defects.
Develop a detailed plan for the project and follow up on the progress of work on it
Forecasting the sources and resources needed to achieve the project objectives and managing the project resources in a way that achieves its efficiency
Assisting in the process of introducing projects and determining the scope and objectives of each project
Preparing project budgets according to the scope of work
Track all project costs to ensure the budget is covered
