Role Description
We are looking for a Safety Officer with Landscape Construction Experience who will be responsible in defining the Safety Programs, Documentations and Compliance relating to Safety.
Job Description:
1. Identifies and evaluates hazardous conditions and practices in the site.
2. Evaluate occupational, health, safety and environment condition of the site.
3. Performs job site safety compliance inspections including hazard analyses and safe work procedures, and prepares written reports and recommendations.
4. Develops controls for identified hazards.
5. Prepares safety orientations, safety training, and job site inspection procedures.
6. Conducts specialized safety and environmental training programs to communicate hazard control information.
7. Incorporates essential safety requirements in all purchasing and contracting actions.
8. Enforce safety policies and procedures on the project site.
Qualifications:
1. A degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering or other related field.
2. Proven experience as a Safety Officer, Landscaping construction is a plus.
3. Having a NEBOSH or OSHA Certificate.
4. Must have atleast 5 years experience.
