1. Mechanical Site Engineer 6-10 years’ Experience (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing).

(Existing In KSA , Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Monitor HVAC, plumbing and Firefighting work execution at site, Work supervision with Time, Quality, Cost & Safety requirement. Able to work on Auto Cad.

2. Electrical Site Engineer 6-10 years’ Experience.

(Existing In KSA ,Bachelors in Electrical Engineering Previous experience in Medium voltage, Low voltage System, Low Current System (Fire Alarm, Public Address, CCTV, Data System & Access Control), understanding & studying of single line diagram, Work In earthing and lightning, Able To work on Auto Cad.

3. Electrical Site Supervisor 6-10 years’ Experience.

(Existing In KSA ,Previous experience in Medium voltage system, Low voltage System should have knowledge of SEC standards, Low Current System (Fire Alarm, Public Address, CCTV, Data System & Access Control), speak English, Read drawings).

4. Mechanical Site Supervisor 6-10 years’ Experience.

(Existing In KSA ,Previous experience in plumbing , Fire Fighting & HVAC systems executions, speak English, Read drawings).

5. Electrical Draftsman 6-10 years’ Experience.

(Existing In KSA , Fluent In English, Expert In Preparation Of Electrical Design & Shop Drawings, IFC Drawings, As build drawings ( Small Power & Lighting , Low Current Systems), Should be expert in Auto Cad.

6.Mechanical Draftsman 6-10 Years Experience.

(Expert In Preparation Of Mechanical Design & Shop Drawings, IFC Drawings, As build Drawings ( HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing), Expert In AutoCAD & Knowledge In Revit Is Advantage).

7. MEP Document Controller (Minimum 5 Years Experience Required).

• Controlling company and project documentation

• Following and improving document control procedures

• Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards

• Sorting, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals

• Producing document progress reports for senior managers

• Using computers to organize and distribute documents within a company

• Helping site engineers for Site inspection request , Material submittal etc.

• Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion

• Working in an office.

8. MEP Procurement Officer (Minimum 5 Years Experience Required).

Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements for MEP activities.

Track project costs to meet budget Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.

Preparing material plane and materials tracking schedule (MTS). ·

Prepare tenderers to shortlist, expedite quotations,

Negotiate the price, and agree with payment terms. ·

Understand the project requirements and acquire the required materials for project completion.

Preparing Study of all projects’ documents (B.O.Q.) & drawings & project specifications and contract conditions and preparing material plane completion ·

Prepare documents (packages) for suitable trades for procurement issues.
