Job Purpose
• Engineer responsible for shop drawings, quantity surveying, coordination, design calculations, site work supervision, and handover.
Job responsibilities:
• Prepare shop drawings, as built drawings and riser diagrams of electrical systems and low current systems.
• Quantity surveying of electrical material already installed in site..
• Coordinate between electrical, low current, and mechanical systems.
• Prepared load schedules and single line diagrams for electrical panels.
• As-built of electrical and low current systems.
• Supervising the first fix, second fix and final fix of electrical and low current systems.
• Supervising the installation of cable trays, and electrical panels.
• Supervise cables pulling and termination work.
• Review and submitting material datasheet for approval.
• Lead team of electricians and helpers to finalize the first, second and final fix for electrical systems (lighting, sockets, power, earthing and lightning) and low current systems (fire alarm, cctv, data/telephone, public address and access control).
• Prepare MIR, WIR, RFI, RFQ and etc and submit documents to consultant
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in electrical engineer
• Classification of the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Experience years more than 7 years in construction and consultancy office
• Soft skills: AutoCAD, DIALux and MS Office.
• advanced skills: Revit for MEP & BIM.
• good knowledge of BMS.
• English language is mandatory.
