The basic requirement of QS Engineer (road works) position as following:
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor Engineer in royal commission projects, particularly in road construction projects.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In-depth knowledge of quantity from as-belt drawing, materials, and industry regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
