We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Main Responsibilities:
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Assist in the payroll process, collect the attendance data from the finger print machine and enter necessary data.
Skills:
At least one year experience as HR Officer.
The ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
Teamworking and interpersonal skills
Diplomacy and the ability to deal with situations that are stressful to others
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office
