• Duties and responsibilities:
o Conduct site inspection, reporting of the unsafe conditions & acts to the concerned supervisors; top management.
o Reporting Safety Observations through HSE Dashboard (Management System Tool).
o Support Project HSE Manager/Sr. Safety Officer in HSE Compliance, implement HSE Policy and programs.
o Supervising HSE for Multiple Subcontractors
o Conducting Toolbox talks and Induction Training.
o Daily Workplace and Equipment Inspection.
o Preparing for JSA & Risk Assessments.
o Regular verification of Work Permits.
o Maintaining HSE checklists & inspection records.
o Incident reporting, root cause investigation and team communication.
o Implementing project emergency response plan, fire & Safety plan, and rescue plans.
o Assisting in conducting internal audits
o Area inspection before and after the critical activities.
o Maintaining two-way communication with the workers and management.
o Issuing, monitoring of working permits and authorizing project activity.
Skills
• Minimum HSE experience of 3 - 5 Years in GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or equivalent certificate.
• Additional Certificate Courses such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA etc.
• Demonstrates effective communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects, has strong training and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of applicable government regulations, computer skills (MS Office Suite)
