MEP Sales & Marketing Engineer

We are a newly established company dedicated to building a strong MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) division across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. We are seeking a motivated and experienced MEP Sales & Marketing Engineer to spearhead this effort. Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to establish and grow our MEP division across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base in these sectors.

Client Interaction:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing detailed information on our MEP services tailored to residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Conduct site visits and surveys to understand project requirements and customize marketing strategies accordingly.

Proposal Preparation:

Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations for MEP services.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals meet client specifications and project goals.

Marketing Materials:

Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and presentations to promote our MEP services.

Enhance our online presence through the company website and social media platforms.

Market Research:

Conduct research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Analyze market data to refine marketing strategies and improve service offerings.

Performance Monitoring:

Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

Provide regular performance reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to align sales strategies with technical capabilities and project requirements.

Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on market opportunities and client needs.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 8-10 years in MEP sales and marketing, with experience in developing business within residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of MEP systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.

Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools.

Marketing Skills:

Proven experience in creating and implementing successful marketing strategies for MEP services.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive business growth.
