We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in finishing works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of finishing activities on construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement detailed finishing work plans and schedules.
-Coordinate with other project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
-Monitor and control project progress, ensuring timely completion of finishing tasks.
-Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and equipment.
-Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
-Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the finishing process.
-Prepare progress reports and other relevant documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering with a focus on finishing works.
-Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment.
-Excellent project management and organizational skills.
-Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, project management software).
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is 5000 to 6000 riyals, commensurate with experience.
