Site Supervisor - Steel And Aluminium Works Develop and maintain detailed schedules for the installation of steel structures, cladding, and curtain wall systems. Ensure that all activities are coordinated and aligned with the overall project timeline.
Efficiently manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, for both steel works and aluminum systems.
Supervise the erection and installation of steel frames, beams, columns, welding, cutting, and fabrication processes and other structural components, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications and safety standards.
Supervise the installation of aluminum cladding and curtain wall systems, ensuring they are installed according to design specifications and industry standards.
Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications for both steel and aluminum works. Ensure that the installation team understands and follows the design requirements.
Act as the main point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication regarding project progress and any issues.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports on all work, highlighting achievements, issues, and any changes in scope or schedule.
Oversee the work of installation crews and subcontractors involved in steel erection and aluminum cladding/curtain wall installation. Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
Note: A valid driving license is required.
Possession of a personal vehicle is preferred to facilitate site visits and transportation.
