Skills and Attributes:

• Technical Knowledge & Delivery: Understanding of building automation systems, control systems is essential with an understanding of HVAC systems, energy management, and related technologies as Lighting Control Systems, CBS systems, etc. Proficiency in project planning, scheduling and resource management, able to adjust to changing project demands, work effectively in dynamic environment under official T&S stage, make critical decisions, resolve conflicts, identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, and stakeholders. Able to understand project needs, managing expectations, and building strong relationships with team members and subcontractors.

• Monitor, review and report on the progress of whole Metro Line BMS project, progress, delays and resourcing, Operations Manager, and other support staff as necessary.

• Manage the appropriate purchase and sub-contract orders as required on the project.

• Ensure standard documents are continually used and maintained. These include but are not restricted to progress schedules, technical submittals, RFI’s, etc.

• Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained. - To undertake any other duties as requested by senior staff.

Key responsibilities:

• Health & Safety - Ensure you operate and design with the safety of your work force and colleagues being the first concern and focus. Ensure everyone works in the safest of environments and takes responsibility for their own and others safety.

• Milestones & Performance: Ensure that you help to define scope and understand project goals, objectives and performance measures to ensure they are met or exceeded to provide the highest level.

• Responsible for: Carry out or be responsible for engineering design of BMS and integrated projects, I/O schedules, design ops/description of operation, control panel design approval, plant schematics, H & S documentation, O & M documentation to our expected levels of quality and maintain the required levels to ensure we maintain the required ISO Standards. Working with and scheduling Commissioning Engineers time on site.

• Team Support: Help to support, coach and mentor others within the team to successfully deliver. Identify specific project issues, identify any knowledge or skill gaps and work with Operations Manager to resolve in a timely manner.
