We are looking for a dynamic and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our design and construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our construction quality program, ensuring high-quality services and deliverables. This role requires someone who is highly organized, a fast learner, and detail-oriented. You will undertake tasks of planning and scheduling all relevant works as defined by the client throughout the contract period.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and improve the construction quality program.

Review and improve the quality management systems (QMS).

Help establish key performance indicators (KPI) and perform root cause analysis.

Audit engineering and construction activities, executing ongoing QA/QC activities across the project.

Manage 3-5 direct reports, responsible for task assignments and professional development of staff.

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and lead process and procedure improvements with the client organization.

Work with Engineering Management to identify areas for continuous improvement.

Develop and write engineering procedures and work instructions.

Lead quality initiatives and activities on the project to ensure management goals are met.

Coordinate with Client's entities and communicate work process improvements.

Perform internal audits and maintain a lessons learned program.

Report quality KPIs and prepare regular quality reports.

Develop and administer engineering department training programs.

Manage the submittal process of shop drawings and documents in coordination with team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

BS/MS degree in Engineering.

Licensed/registered as a Professional/Chartered Engineer.

Minimum 15 years of experience in landscape, infrastructure, or related industry, including activities associated with engineering, procurement, and construction of critical products, projects, or services.

Minimum 5 years of experience in producing calculations, specifications, and drawings.

Minimum 5 years of experience as an engineering group supervisor, managing at least 5 engineering staff.

Proficient in in-depth QA/QC checking on documents such as design packages, design change notices (DCN), engineering scopes of work, and field change documents.

Strong technical writing skills with the ability to write clear and concise procedures/work instructions.

Understanding of industry standard design procedures with the ability to communicate them clearly.

Experience in creating and delivering training plans/materials to engineering staff and consultants.

Passion for high-quality work, continuous improvement, effective communication, and achieving client satisfaction.

Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels and in diverse cultural environments.

Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, lead, and monitor team efforts to successful conclusions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Familiarity with Quality Management Systems based on ISO 9001 standards.

Understanding of basic construction practices, project economics, and industry standards and codes.

Experience in reviewing and submitting shop drawings for approval.

Experience in preparing technical submittals and queries.

Experience with the effective implementation of standardized technical documentation.

Knowledge of engineering software applications related to civil infrastructure and buildings.

Self-motivated with good leadership and interpersonal skills.

Capable of interacting with challenging people and situations.

Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders in critical decision-making.

Preferrable candidate from Nationality (Indian & SriLankan) (Remote - Working Area)

Salary Budget is Maximum 8,000 SAR which is based on his interview selection.
