The Project Controls Engineer is responsible for developing, and coordinating project activities, and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and on schedule, within scope, and on budget. The role involves coordinating with project teams to plan and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources. The Project Controls Engineer will also provide regular reporting and analysis to support project decision-making. Experience in Petrol Stations is preferable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Tender Bids: Working with the project team to complete technical and commercial proposals providing accurate prices with profitability.
• Resource Coordination: Assist in the allocation and management of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, in coordination with project managers and teams.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that expenditure is within the allocated budget. Identify potential cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.
• Reporting: Generate regular project status reports, including cost, schedule, and risk analysis, for stakeholders and senior management.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate with project teams to ensure that resources are effectively allocated and utilized throughout the project.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls, project management, or a related field.
