Office location : Hafar al Batin
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls as needed.
• Handle office correspondence and manage appointments.
• Perform administrative tasks and support office operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications :
• Strongly Saudi Arabian Nationality preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
