Position: - Civil Engineer / Site Engineer.
Job Responsibility:
• Planning and organizing project activities according to the client’s requirements and prioritizing them within the project schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English, knowledge in Arabic language is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years plus previous experience in GCC, and familiar about building construction, structures, Fa?ade (glass fixing), Cladding works and MEP.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in computer applications in MS Office and Auto CAD and Revit, 3d is mandatory MEP design.
• Structural Drawings and details including Foundation Drawings.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Coordinating with Consultant and Client engineering department for the submission and approval of documents related to the project.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Within GCC residence / India (Nationality: India).
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure work meets project standards and specifications.
Role Accountability
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in Aluminum and fa?ade Field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, installation.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
