1. The Project is a Residential Compound, and the candidate should have a minimum experience of 5 Years in the execution.
2. Should Supervise Mechanical works and coordinate with the concerned Contractors.
3. Prepare and provide Progress reports along with trackers to monitor the work progress of the Contractor.
4. Must be proficient and having experience in installation of HVAC system, plumbing, firefighting, fireproofing, water supply system and installation of Elevators (Coordination with Lift Specialist).
5. Competent in using MS word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
