• Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve favorable contract conditions.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of materials while minimizing excess stock.
• Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any issues related to procurement and supply chain.
• Analyze costs and seek opportunities for cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.
• Work closely with project managers and construction teams to understand needs and provide timely procurement solutions.
