**About the Role:**
We are a leading third-party inspection company with operations across the GCC, India, and Europe. We are urgently seeking an Accounts and Admin Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Arabic speakers are preferred. Candidates who can join immediately, and who are open to exiting and returning on our visa if sponsorship transfer isn’t possible, are also encouraged to apply. We welcome applications from all nationalities, with options for relocation to Mecca, flexible service contracts, sponsorship transfers, or temporary work visas.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle accounts receivable, payable, and reconciliation
- Manage and follow up with clients and vendors
- Maintain strong attention to detail and effective communication
**Qualifications:**
- Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of account management and reconciliation
- Relevant certifications are preferred
- Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken)
