Your ability to handle procurement and project coordination will directly impact on the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Material Procurement:
- Identify and select suppliers or vendors to procure necessary materials.
- Negotiate contracts and prices to achieve cost-effective purchasing.
- Ensure materials meet project specifications and quality standards.
Supplier Relationships:
- Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers for reliable delivery and favorable terms.
- Resolve disputes related to pricing, quality, or delivery issues.
Order Placement:
- Place orders in a timely manner to prevent project delays.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders and track progress to ensure on-time delivery.
Quality Assurance:
- Verify that purchased materials meet quality requirements before use on-site.
- Handle returns or exchanges for defective or substandard materials.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and inventory.
- Report to project managers on procurement status and any potential impacts on project timelines or budgets.
Qualifications:
- Driving license is a MUST.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
