Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Document Controller. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing all project documents, ensuring they are up-to-date, easily accessible, and properly secured. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in document management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize all project documentation, both electronic and physical.
Distribute documents to team members and stakeholders, ensuring proper tracking and access control.
Manage version control, ensuring that the latest documents are always available.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to document management.
Provide support and training to team members on document management processes.
Generate and maintain reports on document status, revisions, and distribution.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Candidate must have valid Iqama.
