We seek a dedicated Purchase Officer to oversee our purchasing operations and ensure our kitchen has the highest quality ingredients and supplies. This position is located in La Rio, Al Nargis District, Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Management: Identify and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms and prices for high-quality ingredients and supplies.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and manage stock to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Procurement: Source and purchase all necessary items for the restaurant, including food, beverages, and kitchen equipment, while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the purchasing budget to reduce costs without compromising quality.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet the restaurant's quality standards and are delivered promptly.
Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and management team to understand their needs and ensure a smooth supply chain.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as a Purchase Officer or in a similar procurement role, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Odoo and Foodics ERP systems will be highly preferred.
Language Skills: Must speak Arabic and English proficiently.
License: Must have a valid Saudi driving license.
Personal Skills: Must be a problem solver and multi-tasker, have strong organizational skills, and be committed to excellence.
