One of the EPC companies in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, is looking for Subcontracts (Procurement) Engineer with transferable Iqama who can join immediately.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the documents in the project team's request are accurate and sufficient before issuing an RFQ to approved subcontractors.
• Coordinate with the subcontractors/vendors to clarify the scope / queries and obtain the proposals in line with the requirement.
• Conduct commercial evaluation of bids, letters of intent, Subcontract Order / Agreement.
• Develop and maintain the vendor database through identification and evaluation of potential as well as existing vendors.
• Coordinate the subcontractor invoices with the project team and the finance team.
• Comply with company policy by implementing all subcontract management and administration procedures.
Qualification & Skills:
• Bachelor of Engineering in a relevant engineering field.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years of proven experience in subcontract management, contract negotiations and vendor relationship management, preferably in the EPC industry
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and compliance standards.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong documentation skills.
