Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage client relationships to drive business growth
Coordinate with clients to understand their manpower and equipment needs
Handle sales inquiries, provide quotes, and process orders
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of services
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
3-4 years of proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role
Strong understanding of the manpower and equipment rental industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
