*Job roles and responsibilities:-
Perform planning functions for preparing Baseline Schedules with Resource Loading. Primavera P6, BIM user
Coordinate with Client / Consultants and obtain approval of the submitted Baseline Schedule within agreed duration.
Prepare Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Fabrication, and Installation Detail Schedules as per Site requirements.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress, curves, manpower histograms and variance reports.
Prepare power point Presentations for the weekly and monthly meetings.
Follow up with Construction Team for delays, while highlighting the critical activities.
Prepare Material Tracking Sheet and list of Long Lead Materials with clear and precise tracker from technical submittal, approval data sheets, samples, manufacturing to delivery.
Experienced in preparing Delay Analysis and EOT.
Prepare Risk Assessment Matrix and Mitigation Action required.
