Job Title: Civil Engineer

Typical duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Oversee all day-to-day aspects of the industrial building project, including planning, project management, framework, daily progress of the construction, and compliance with the original design.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the construction process.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth execution of the project in compliance with the specifications, codes, and standards.
• Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of the project.
• Supervise and coordinate construction teams and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues or discrepancies and ensure quality control and safety measures are maintained.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including company management, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to provide updates and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports, budget analyses, and other project documentation to senior management and project partners.
• Preparation of Estimates and participate in Bidding of small, Medium and Turnkey Projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.
• In-depth knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques, as well as building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-point etc.)
