Procurement Quality Control Engineer Shall have a university degree or equivalent and seven (7) years of inspection experience or a high school diploma with ten years of inspection experience with a minimum of three (3) years directly relating to supervision of vendor inspection activities relating to the nature of the FACILITIES to be provided under this Contract (e.g., civil / building projects, infrastructure, communication, etc.)
