Job Title: Estimation Engineer (Transferable Iqama Required)

Location: Jubail City, Saudi Arabia

Job Description: An Estimation Engineer in an industrial maintenance service contractor role is responsible for accurately assessing the costs associated with maintenance and industrial cleaning services for industrial clients. This involves evaluating the scope of work, identifying required resources, and calculating labor, material, and equipment costs to provide competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities:

•Scope of Work Analysis: Carefully review client requests, specifications, and drawings to understand the full scope of maintenance or repair work required.

•Resource Estimation: Determine the necessary labor, equipment, and materials to complete the project efficiently. This includes assessing the complexity of tasks, required skill levels, and potential challenges.

•Cost Calculation: Calculate the estimated costs for labor, materials, equipment rental, and other expenses associated with the project. Consider factors such as labor rates, material pricing, and overhead costs.

•Proposal Preparation: Develop detailed proposals that outline the scope of work, estimated costs, and project timelines. Ensure proposals are clear, concise, and persuasive.

•Client Communication: Interact with clients to clarify requirements, address questions, and negotiate contract terms.

•Bid Evaluation: Analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they align with project requirements and budget.

•Contract Management: Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are favorable to the company.

•Project Monitoring: Track project progress to ensure that costs are within budget and timelines are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•Proficiency in estimating software and tools

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and standards

•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

•Experience in the industrial maintenance or construction industry (preferred)

Applicants must have extensive experience in industrial services, specifically in hydrojetting, chemical cleaning, and mechanical works.
