Civil Engineer (Minimum 12 Years Of Experience) - Arab National
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer approved by Saudi Council of Engineering to oversee and manage the construction of high rise buildings, The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, proven experience in managing multi-story projects, and the ability to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee all phases of the construction project, from planning and design to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Site Supervision: Monitor and inspect construction sites regularly to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
Design and Planning: Collaborate with architects, designers, and other engineers to review and finalize project plans and blueprints.
Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction are maintained.
Cost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and handle cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project continuity.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site logs, and inspection records.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in civil engineering, with significant experience in managing high-rise building projects & structural projects
Certification: Approved by Saudi Council of engineering
Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
