We are looking for Projects Engineer (HVAC - Retrofits and Replacement) for one of the Facilities Management Company. Interested candidates can click the below link and submit their CV

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to the followings):?

• Responsible for the over-all management of the FM Division's Retrofits / Replacement Section/projects (Replacement, New Installation, Duct cleaning...etc.) with clear objectives in accordance with the Business Plan

• Preparing a separate Business Plan for Retrofits/Replacement Section

• Representing the company in a professionally and honorably with clients, stakeholders… etc.

• Generate SOPs and methodologies for all activities and ensure that procedures and methodology meet statutory requirements and company’s objectives.

• Seeking out ways to add value to the company’s operations and strive for achievement of company’s targets.

• Ensure proper utilization of resources

• Delivering a reliable and timely output of work to meet requirements.

• Putting efforts to increase the sales.

• Search and get RFPs, Tender Docs from Private, Semi Government and Government sectors.

• Supervise projects’ studies, review and submit timely well-prepared offers technically and commercially and follow up of submitted offers.

• Managing subcontractors including tendering, negotiation, and execution of subcontracts’ documents.

• Preparing contractual correspondences, notices, instructions, minutes of meetings etc..

• Monitoring, Controlling, Supervising and managing Section's teams; i.e. overseeing the dispensation of technicians & labors according to each task & assignment, and watching over their productivity on worksite, overseeing the section's administrative, engineering and executive staff, duly distributing the work on them, as well as monitoring their performance and productivity, clarifying and identifying the reasons of discrepancy (if any) whether due to poor supervision of labors or some other negligence.

• Receiving the price quotations (competitive quotes) from suppliers.

• Ensure that provided quotations by suppliers are complying with project’s material specification

• Prepare schedule of comparison

• Keep and maintain records for material price list

• Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

• Coordinate with Main Procurement Department (if required) thru Division Manager.

• Being initiative in resolving problems / finding solutions.

• Monitoring the projects’ cost particularly the labors and materials’ consumption in order to get the maximum profits.

• Promoting contracting volume ratio; particularly duct cleaning and coils paint.

• Following up and monitoring invoices and relevant claims until settled and collected

• Weekly Meeting with the FM Manager, in order to discuss the division’s technical, contractual, financial and administrative work.

• Developing new opportunities/services lines offering added value to clients as well as to the company

• Keep and maintain proper documentation

• Coordinate with other divisions
