The recruitment of on-site engineers for the prefabrication yard needs to meet the following conditions:

Professional skills:

- Education requirements: Generally, a college degree or above in related majors such as civil engineering, architectural engineering, road and bridge engineering, etc. is required.

- Construction experience: Have more than 5 years of working experience in the prefabrication yard, be familiar with the production process of prefabricated components, including each link such as formwork fabrication, steel bar processing and binding, concrete pouring, curing, hoisting and storage of prefabricated components, etc.

- Technical ability: Master the quality control standards and detection methods of prefabricated components, be able to conduct quality inspections and handle problems; be familiar with relevant construction norms and technical regulations.

- Equipment management: Understand the operating principles and maintenance requirements of common equipment in the prefabrication yard (such as concrete mixing stations, cranes, prefabricated component molds, etc.), and have a certain ability to troubleshoot equipment failures.

Management ability:

- Planning and coordination: Be able to formulate a production plan for prefabricated components, reasonably arrange personnel, materials and equipment to ensure that the production progress meets the overall requirements of the project; have good communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with other departments (such as design, procurement, transportation, etc.).

- Safety management: Be familiar with the safety management regulations at the construction site, have the ability to identify and prevent safety risks, and ensure the production safety of the prefabrication yard; those holding relevant safety management certificates are preferred.

Personal qualities:

- Responsibility: Have a high sense of responsibility for the quality and production progress of prefabricated components, pay attention to details, and be able to conscientiously perform on-site management duties.

- Learning ability: Due to the continuous development of the construction industry and the application of new technologies, it is necessary to have a strong learning ability to master new prefabrication processes and technologies in a timely manner.

- Teamwork: Be able to get along well with workers, technicians and other personnel of different positions in the prefabrication yard to form a good teamwork atmosphere.
