Qualification:
Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical)
Experience:
Minimum 8 to 10 Years as Estimation & Proposal Engineer in Saudi Arabia
Required Skills / Experience:
Complete estimation for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and firefighting work. Site visit, SOW, pre bid, post bid meetings, bidding and tendering
Involve and oversee the techno-commercial proposal.
Lead the bidding and estimation department and development of detailed and competitive proposals.
Proposal reviews, write ups and comparisons.
Ensure that proposals meet all client requirements and are submitted within deadlines.
Prepare accurate cost estimates for proposed projects, considering materials, labour, equipment, and other relevant factors, while maintaining competitiveness and profitability.

Should be Iqama Transferable
