We're Hiring: Warehouse Supervisor (Saudi only)

Location: Saudi Arabia

About Us: Join our dynamic team at Jadarat Al Bina. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficiency, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock management.
  • Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or related field is a plus.
