Job Summary:
The Document Controller manages and maintains company documents, ensuring proper organization, accessibility, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage document control processes.
Maintain accurate filing and archiving systems.
Track document versions and revisions.
Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure document security and confidentiality.
Retrieve documents when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Assist in audits related to documentation.
Support teams with document management tools and software.
Collaborate with departments to ensure documentation accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
Proficiency in document management systems.
Must be Fluent in English
Strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in managing technical or engineering documents (preferred).
Work Experience:
Minimum 5 Years of experience in document control or a related field.
Salary: 3000 SAR Basic (can be negotiate on performance of interview)
