Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
Assist customers in selecting jewelry that meets their needs and preferences.
Educate customers about the different types of gold, diamonds, and other precious stones.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom.
Contribute to achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in gold jewelry sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong product knowledge of gold, diamonds, and other precious stones.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
