Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in sales within the construction, contracting, or engineering sectors.
3. Strong technical knowledge of contracting processes and project-based services.
4. Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
5. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Valid driver’s license.
8. Proficiency in both Arabic & English is compulsory
Preferred:
Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
Knowledge of the local market, especially in Tabuk and NEOM.
